Seeking to provide a cost effective and practical solution, Palletpool supplies plastic pallets, trays, boxes and lids at a rate agreed with the customer. These units are then loaded and delivered by the customer, using established logistics chains, advising Palletpool of their eventual destination. palletpool then recovers the pallets.
This level of activity constitutes a 'trip' and is charged as such to the customer, involving no hire, de-hire or cross hire fees.
